• First Open Notepad.

 

• Copy and Paste below code into Notepad.

 

Dim speaks, speech
speaks="YOUR – ENGLISH – PARAGRAPH - HERE"
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

Change RED color with your English paragraph.

 

• Save it with .vbs extension (Example: Yourname.vbs).

 

• Close Notepad and Run saved file.
