How To Uninstall A Program With Command Prompt
Hi everybody, In this post i share a trick to uninstall your programs with command prompt. Command prompt is very useful option in Windows. I already share some tricks with command prompt. But this is a important information. Some time we get a error message,when we try to uninstall a program. Windows provide an option for direct uninstallation. If that is not working or you are bored with usual process. You can use to uninstall a program with command prompt. Command prompt is working with commands. It is not easy. - First click on start button.
- Then search for command prompt or CMD (OR search for RUN –> CMD –> Enter Key).
- Type “ wmic ” in command prompt, then press Enter key.
- Again type “ Product get name ” in command prompt and press Enter key.
- It will automatically Generate a list of Installed Program.
- Then type below command in command prompt.
Product where name="Program name" call uninstall
Change RED color with Product name
- Now press “ Y ” to confirm uninstallation and then Press Enter Key.
- Now Program has been successfully uninstalled.
- Close your Command Prompt.
- Done.
