• Wait  7-8 working days. PayPal will verify your PAN card number and PayPal sent 2 small deposits to your bank account (It may like 1.24 INR ,1.26 INR).

• Just type deposit amounts in PayPal Verification box.

• Now your account is get Verified. Now you can send unlimited payment with PayPal.
