Some times people have a tendency to copy others document direct.  Watermark is a protection method.  If any one try to copy your content, Watermark is protect you. Because watermark proofs that image or video or letter is yours. We saw some letter pad that contain office logos and information. It is a identification mark to know is authorized. Now i share a way to protect your word document with watermark. It is very simple. You just need a MS Word application for this.. Follow below steps and enjoy.

How To Add A Watermark To Your Microsoft Word Document (Internet Explora)

 

Open Microsoft Word application (This instruction only for 2007 or above)

 

  • Go to toolbar on top and select Page Layout option.

 

  • Now you will see a Watermark option below toolbar.

Now you will see a Watermark option (Internet Explora)

 

  • Just click there.

 

  • Some watermark options appear. You can select default one.

 

  • If you want to customize your own watermark. Click on Custom Watermark option.

  • Now a popup box appear. Choose an Image or Text for create Watermark.

Now you can add image or Text for Watermark (Internet Explora)

 

  • Now you are done.
