Finally, I got my AdSense cheque via local mail. I m very glad to share this with you. After a long wait, Google sent a check to my verified address, It takes 4 weeks (28 days). If you are a verified person, You have a valid AdSense account with 100$. It will send automatically end of the month when our account reach minimum payment 100$.

I m from India, Google AdSense provide only check (cheque) method for send our payment. Another countries like US, UK supports Electronic payment method. Normally check is send via Blue Dart or local mail to your address. You takes minimum 2-4 weeks and maximum 60 days. You will wait 60 days after payment issued date.
